KAMAZ vehicles for the Philippines

Naberezhnye Chelny, January 24, 2018 – The first batch of KAMAZ vehicles was shipped to the Philippines under a memorandum of understanding signed between KAMAZ PTC and Lifetruck.
Eight vehicles of the models KAMAZ-6520, KAMAZ-6460, KAMAZ-5460 were shipped to the vehicles sales and maintenance company Lifetruck International Inc. In accordance with the memorandum of understanding signed by the companies in May 2017 during a visit to Russia paid by President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte and the Russian-Philippine business forum, over 1,000 KAMAZ vehicles can be delivered to the Philippines till 2020. The Russian truck producer plans to sign a dealership agreement with the company and deliver the next batches of vehicles in the near future.
The huge potential of KAMAZ as a manufacturer of a wide range of top-notch vehicles and Lifetruck’s positions in the Philippines open up great opportunities for cooperation and promotion of KAMAZ products on the Philippine market which is one of the most promising markets in Southeast Asia. On the whole, the memorandum provides for a new network for selling vehicles, spare parts, maintenance and an assembly in the Philippines.
The largest Russian truck maker is ready to meet a growing demand of the island state in heavy vehicles offering trucks of different models and versions. This region is mostly interested in KAMAZ truck tractors and dump trucks for cargo transportation, construction and agriculture.
